Calm Down Kit - Help Kids Self Regulate!

Do you have a “quiet kit” or a “waiting kit” for your kiddos stashed in the car at all times? We use upcycled containers (the containers themselves can be turned into an activity as well, for the saucers – we call it our launchpad) and stash them with fun manipulatives.
These fun silicone suction space saucers provide the most versatile activities requiring little to no space while keeping the noise to a minimum! For our little ones, we always keep a few bags of pre-prepped quiet(ish) activities so that anytime we find ourselves having to wait; we can grab them and entertain them.
The suction space saucers are perfect for restaurants, planes, trains, anywhere you might be traveling with your little ones! The tub comes with 30 primary colored suction saucers that are silicone (easily cleaned and disinfected – yes!), which can work on a multitude of motor skills.
The shape of the saucer provides the perfect grasp area for facilitating early gross grasp patterns. As the kiddo grows, you can challenge them to utilize more refined grasp patterns to retrieve and pull off the saucers. Visual-motor skills can also be incorporated by working on color identification, number counting, matching, patterns, etc.
The suction can be placed on both horizontal and vertical surfaces (i.e., tables vs. windows), so it provides an added layer of fun by challenging their gross motor, core balance, and whole-body coordination!
